Harris Scher has spent 20 years focused on financial services and technology and is currently VP of Strategic Partnerships at Everplans since starting with the firm in 2016. Prior to his tenure at Everplans, Harris spent 14 years at Bloomberg LP, most recently responsible for the Enterprise distribution of data, technology, and compliance solutions. While at Bloomberg, Harris worked to strategically launch and deploy new products and services for financial institutions. Harris is a proud graduate of the University of Massachusetts with a degree in Economics and Business.

Jim brings his wealth of experience and his passion for grooming top performers to every audience. After a successful corporate career, he has chosen to give back to his industry with enthusiasm and energy. Prior to forming the P2P Group, Jim was Managing Partner of one of the largest Northwestern Mutual offices in the country. The Effner Financial Group consisted of 117 full-‐time advisors and 28 college financial reps, insuring over 65,000 policyholders with a face amount of nearly $27 billion.

Kyle has been in the insurance and financial planning business since 1999. Graduated from Utah State University. Kyle is married and has three daughters. He celebrates 21 years of marriage this year and currently lives in San Antonio, TX. He is a Certified Financial Planner™. He has run his own financial planning practice since 2004. His financial planning practice is mainly focused on life, disability, and property and casualty insurance, as well as annuities. Kyle has produced at club level consistently for more than 17 years. His desire in creating Personal Financial Snapshot was for use in his own practice. However, he has seen that the insurance industry as a whole has very few quality uncomplicated options for financial planning software and systems, and feels that thousands of agents and agencies across the country could benefit greatly from a simpler more intuitive system.

Carissa is responsible for cultivating and qualifying new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound prospecting. She brings ten years of experience in Sales and Account Management to her work in creating ongoing prospect and client growth. For seven years, Carissa worked with the leading US team of bond-financed commercial real estate developments. Her expertise is in financial analysis, operations, and relationship retention. Carissa graduated from Lipscomb University in Nashville, TN, with a double major in Finance/Economics and Management. She resides in Franklin, TN with her husband and three children.
Blake Esterday, Client Engagement Manager, directly supports clients to maximize the implementation and business impact of Integrity’s training solutions. As part of his client engagement role, he is in charge of ROI and participant surveys. He is also a member of our world-class facilitation team for Integrity Service® and Integrity Selling®. Blake has 14 years of sales and service experience, starting his career selling books door-to-door during several college summers with the Southwestern Company and later as a Donor Recruitment Representative with the American Red Cross. Blake is featured in Ron Willingham’s Integrity Selling for the 21st Century book as an excellent example of the four core sales success factors: goal clarity, high achievement drive, healthy emotional intelligence, and excellent social skills.

Rick Funke is a globally recognized and respected expert in the assessment and selection of sales and sales management professionals. Rick leads the Global Business Development team within LIMRA’s Talent Solutions department. In his work with LIMRA, he has designed enterprise-based sales recruitment and selection programs, advised clients on “best practices” recruiting and selection programs, and is recognized for the delivery of sales effectiveness programs worldwide. Rick joined LIMRA in 1982 as a research associate and assumed his current role in 2008. He received a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Eastern Connecticut State University.

Rick Camerano is the Vice President of Client and Product Development. He works with all current and new clients for Sales Activity Management, Inc. SAM provides activity-based planners, training, consulting, and electronic solutions for most of the major financial services and insurance companies in the country. Rick is responsible for ingraining and maintaining the Concept of Activity Management for SAM’s clients while ensuring they are effectively utilizing the SAM System. He has also been the project manager for eRecuitBoard, the SAMBOOK sales App and now The SAM Suite.
